These are possibly the biggest commercial dishwashers we supply and tend to be used by large institutions such as hospitals, where hundreds of people need to be catered for at one time, and the quality and standard of the wash needs to be high. The Flight Type Dishwasher is made up of separate compartments which fit together to provide a whole washing system. You’ll find a pre washing section to prepare pots, pans and utensils for the main wash, loosening deep and stubborn soiling on items. Next is the main wash section, which provides a variety of washes and timed cycles, which you can choose depending on how dirty the items are. Next is the drying section, which blasts the items dry, minimising bacteria and so on. As you can imagine this system is incredibly efficient and can produce up to 7000 clean items per hour.

As well as high volume washing, the Flight Type Dishwashers are incredibly hygienic. This is down to the system of loading the dirty items at one end, which are automatically passed through the whole system without being touched by human hands, this limits the spread of bacteria and reduces any chance of infection, perfect for businesses that need to keep a high standard of cleanliness such as hospitals and food manufacturers.
