Pass Through dishwashers have been designed to stand between two tables and come with a basket, which you put the crockery into. On one side of the table you can place your dirty pots, ready to be loaded into the baskets, and on the other table you can stack the pots once they’ve passed through the dishwasher, so they can air dry. The purpose of the second table is to allow the water from the washer to drain back into it. This set-up will prevent your employees from having to lift heavy baskets of pots in a busy environment, as they are able to slide the baskets a long.
Here at Dishwashers Direct we understand that it’s important that you never run out of the simple things like cups, plates and cutlery, as this can cause major timing problems for your kitchen. Our Pass Through Dishwashers allow you to choose how long you want each washing cycle to run for. If you’re looking for just a light wash, then you are able to choose a ‘one minute’ cycle. For crockery that needs a much heavier wash, we recommend setting your dishwasher for the maximum amount of five minutes.
If you choose to purchase a Pass Through Dishwasher for your business, then we will provide you with the detergent, descaler and sanitiser that you will need, as well as the baskets you will require to put your items into. The baskets for our Pass Through washers are usually 500cm by 500cm, which is the biggest size. You are able to choose the specific types of basket you will need, ranging from ones suitable for glasses, plates and bowls, to ones for much bigger bulky items like pans and trays.
