Much like Pass Through Dishwashers, Rack Conveyor Dishwashers fit between two tables, soiled items on one side and clean on the other, and once the items leave the washer the excess water can drain back into it, for minimum waste.

 

Depending on your business needs, Dishwasher Direct can design and install a Rack Conveyor Dishwasher to suit you. There is range of sizes of tables and machines and we can offer a full planning service for you with on-going support as long as the life of the equipment.

Rack Conveyor Dishwashers are designed to minimise carrying stacks of soiled and clean pots.

They can be stacked on the side tables, ready to be loaded into the baskets for washing, or to be sorted for storage when they are clean.

 

Like many commercial dishwashers, the Rack Conveyor system uses baskets to place the crockery and utensils in, to pass through the washer. Dishwashers Direct also stock and supply these baskets, which come in a range of sizes. Typically, for the Rack Conveyor system you will need our largest basket, 500cm X 500cm. You can choose whether you want open baskets to place any item in, or baskets which specifically hold plates, bowls, glasses or larger items such as pots and pans.

Rack Conveyor Dishwashers cope with high volume and their performance is measured by how many baskets are pass through the machine per hour. This amounts to 100 baskets an hour, each basket can take 4 covers, so that’s around 400 covers and hour.
