Selling Policy

Our selling policy is quite straight forward because our reputation is precious to us. We always try to get a clear understanding of our customers’ needs so that we can offer a meaningful solution. Our first port of call will not be to sell you the highest specification machine or most expensive brand. Equally, if we think a machine you have been thinking of purchasing will not be up to the job then we will tell you and explain why.

Experienced personnel

Our field engineers, technical team, and sales people comprise experienced, well trained, qualified, accredited and well-equipped people. From time to time we also use service partners who we rigorously audit against our own high standards and ensure that they are equally (or better) qualified.

Continuous Improvement

As part of our continuous improvement we update our skills by regularly attending manufacturers training courses so we can effectively install, repair, service and maintain all the equipment we sell.

 ISO 14001 requirements provide a framework and guidelines for creating an environmental management system (EMS) which comprises policies, processes, plans, practices and records that define the rules governing how a company interacts with the environment. This system is tailored to the individual company, given the exact legal requirements and environmental interactions that match the specific business processes.

 The Safe Contractor scheme is a SSIP-approved health and safety assessment scheme for contractors who want to demonstrate that they’re taking responsibility for their legal health and safety requirements.

 Gas Safe -  It is the official list of gas engineers who are qualified to work legally on gas appliances.
