We take care of everything with our fully fitted service, using our own product trained engineers.
Dishwasher Direct installations are carried out to existing suitable site services within 1 Metre of the installation position. Failure to have the correct operational services in place as arranged may result in an additional charge or a postponed installation. The suitable services would be:
- Requires washing machine type tap with a minimum water pressure of 2 1/2 bar
- Requires 1 1/2 " or 1 1/4" stand pipe the same as is fitted to a domestic washing machine.
- Requires a power suply within 1 1/2 metres of where the machine is going.
Whilst on site, our engineer will make every effort to cause the least disruption to your day to day business when carrying out the work.
We will deliver the dishwasher on the same day that we carry out the installation.
We will disconnect your old dishwasher and take it away for recycling at no extra charge.
All dishwashers are thoroughly tested and checked to make sure there are no leaks or faults.
We also allow time at the end of the installation to provide staff with full training on operating and cleaning procedures, which we have found to be very helpful and will protect your investment.
The engineer will also make sure any packaging is taken away leaving the site clean and tidy.
Before our engineer can leave site, a post installation check is carried out by one of our customer service team, by telephone, to make sure you are happy with everything before our engineer is allowed to leave.
We have all of our dishwashers in stock to provide a speedy installation averaging 3 working days from order.
We can be flexible if you require a specific date. We always do our very best to accommodate our customer requirements.
Our installation service is extended Nationwide, with the only exceptions being the Scottish highlands, Northen Ireland and Cornwall.
If you choose not to use our installation service, you must ensure that the installation is undertaken by a qualified person and in accordance with the installation instructions. If this is not done undertaken then the warranty may be void. If we are asked to make a site visit and the machine is not functioning properly and is down to a poor installation then we will charge you a commissioning charge. Any parts not functioning due to poor installation maybe chargeable.
